A SCOTTISH catering company is planning a major expansion in the US following a £575,000 investment.
Spoonfed’s SaaS (Software as a Service) platform creates real efficiencies for caterers and provides a straightforward ordering system.
The Equity Gap funding will see the firm increase its 11 employees to 20 by the end of the year. There will also be more staff in the US, where a Denver base will be established. Co-founders Murray McNicol (left) and Willie Biggart are pictured.
